Welcome to Stellan. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or enrolling in our VIP Membership, you agree to the following terms.

1. General
This site is operated by Stellan, located at 5800 E 2nd St, Casper, Wyoming 82609, United States. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Stellan.

2. Products
We make every reasonable effort to describe and display our products accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, colors, pricing, or other content will always be complete, current, or error-free.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Stellan VIP Membership
Enrollment in the Stellan VIP Membership requires your affirmative consent during checkout or signup. Enrollment is not automatic or preselected.

If you enroll, you will receive a free 7-day trial beginning on your enrollment date. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be charged the VIP Membership fee disclosed during enrollment.

After the initial charge, your membership will automatically renew, and your selected payment method will be charged every 14 days until you cancel.

To avoid a charge, you must cancel before the end of your free trial or before your next scheduled 14-day billing date. You may cancel through your account or by contacting help@trystellan.com.

Cancellation requests received after a scheduled charge has been processed will apply to the following billing cycle. Unless otherwise required by law, partial or prorated refunds will not be provided for an already charged membership period.

5. Use of the Site
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, violate any applicable laws, infringe upon the rights of others, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the security or operation of the website.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellan will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, website, membership program, or other services.

Refund and Return Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with your Stellan purchase. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee begins on the date your order is delivered and is subject to the following conditions:

  • During days 0–14 after delivery, unopened products are eligible for a 30% refund or an exchange or store credit for the full purchase value.

  • During days 15–30 after delivery, unopened products are eligible for a 50% refund or an exchange or store credit for the full purchase value.

  • Opened products returned within 30 days of delivery are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.

  • Products are generally not eligible for return after 30 days unless covered by a separate warranty or accepted at Stellan’s discretion.

How to Request a Return
Email help@trystellan.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Do not send a return before receiving approval and return instructions from us.

Once your approved return is received and inspected, please allow 10–14 business days for your refund, exchange, or store credit to be processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs showing the problem. We will provide a free replacement or full refund, and Stellan will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable except where required by law.

Product refunds do not automatically cancel an active Stellan VIP Membership. You must cancel your membership separately before your next scheduled billing date to prevent future charges.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Domestic Shipping Time
Domestic orders typically arrive within 6–9 business days after processing.

International Shipping Time
International orders typically arrive within 10–12 business days after processing. Customs duties, import taxes, and other destination-country fees are the recipient’s responsibility.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, high order volume, or events outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
